Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated images are stored for 30 days after generation unless saved to your account. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Children's Privacy

Charify is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly.
